Introducing Sabentis Academy: because being a Sabentis expert means being a prevention expert

Today we are introducing Sabentis Academy, our official prevention training campus. Occupational risk prevention has changed more in recent years than in the previous three decades. It has stopped being a matter of filing documents and meeting formalities to become something alive: real-time data, full traceability, evidence-based decisions. Modern prevention is managed with technology, and it goes beyond management: today, predictive prevention with artificial intelligence makes it possible to anticipate incidents before they happen. That transformation is not a fad; it is the way the profession is practised today and will be practised tomorrow.

At Sabentis we have spent years building the tools for that transformation. But a platform, however powerful, only delivers its full value when the people who use it truly know how to make the most of it. The difference between managing prevention with judgement or doing it halfway is enormous: just look at what it really costs to keep managing it in spreadsheets. That is why we are taking the next step in our commitment to the digitalisation of prevention: we are launching Sabentis Academy. What is Sabentis Academy?

Sabentis Academy is the official training campus for the Sabentis platform. It is not a generic safety course or a video manual: it is product training that you learn by practising on the tool itself, with built-in simulators, so that every concept is learned by doing, not by reading.

The catalogue covers 25 functional modules of Sabentis (from organisational structure and risk assessment to health surveillance, audits, document management or the worker portal), with one course per module and everything grouped into role-based learning paths. Here is what raises the Academy to another level. Every certificate carries the co-branding of Sabentis and Carver University (Orlando, Florida).

That turns a certificate from “I know how to use a piece of software” into a credential with international university backing: verifiable via a unique ID and QR code, shareable on LinkedIn with a single click, and one that grants partial credit toward Carver University‘s OSH postgraduate programmes, among which the Master’s in Occupational Ergonomics and Management and the Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety Management stand out.
